We supply a seasoned softwood mix of Fir, Pine and Spruce. We are currently sold out of Seasoned Hardwoods.
We only sell seasoned wood. Burning unseasoned wood is highly inefficient and will lead to heavy creosote buildup/chimney fires.
No you do not need to be home when we deliver. Please leave a detailed note when placing your order. We will confirm instructions prior to delivery.
Yes we do Whistler yard pickups. Most standard Pickup Trucks can hold two of our bags. Please mention it in the special instructions section during checkout.

We have a 4x4 delivery truck but we do need a bit of help to make sure you get your wood delivered. Please make sure your driveway is cleared prior to delivery. The truck needs to be on level ground to operate the crane. We love being in the mountains and we do observe a strict no delivery policy on a blue-bird pow day.
Yes we do offer stacking service! Select stacking service when purchasing your wood. After Delivery a member of our team will expertly stack your seasoned firewood. We aim to have the wood stacked the same day as it is dropped off, however due to staffing schedules, it may be stacked within 48 hours, please ensure there is a location where the bags can sit and not obstruct traffic. Contact us if this is not possible,
Despite our best efforts to keep the wood as dry as possible, sometimes the heavy rains we receive in Whistler penetrate our bags and tarps. Rest assured, the wood is 100% seasoned and ready to burn. The moisture is only on the surface, will evaporate quickly once stacked, and won't affect burn quality.

If you are still experiencing problems with burn quality, contact us and we will come to you and check the moisture content with a digital meter. While the wood is tested during processing, very occasionally one wet log will slip past our quality control and end up getting delivered to a client. In the event that we determine that your wood is not properly seasoned, we will replace it right away, free of charge!
We do not split orders between two different addresses, they must be placed individually. If you have a pickup truck and want to split an order, have it parked at the delivery address and we will load part of the order on the truck for you. Standard full size pickups (i.e. F-150) can accommodate 2 bags (half a cord)
We have a drop off location for the bags, 8075 Nesters Road. Apple maps will send you to the wrong place, use Google Maps instead. You'll see sign with our logo on your right just before the end of the road.
Stuff the bags into the bag in the rack behind the sign. Scan the QR code and input the name the order was placed under and we will process your refund.
If the bag is full, kindly include that information in your text and we will replace it with an empty one.
